Finalists to showcase their programmes at 7th Global Healthy Workplace Awards & Summit on
30th October – 1st November 2019 Melbourne, Australia

Application entries are now open for the 7th Global Healthy Workplace Awards 2019. The Global Awards are hosted by the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) with Monash University as Global Healthy Workplace Summit partner. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Large Enterprises, and Multi-national enterprises are invited to apply to become recognised as the world’s best employer for health and well-being.

The Global Healthy Workplace Awards enable employers to benchmark their programs to the global standard and, if successful, to celebrate their outstanding achievement in promoting a safe and healthy work environment complementary to the business performance of the organisation. Applications are open to ALL employer organisations (for profit and not-for-profit, local and international) and are assessed by a panel of global experts.

Two finalists per category will be invited to present their program at the forthcoming: 7th Global Healthy Workplace Awards & Summit on 30th October – 1st November 2019 Melbourne, Australia where the winners will be determined.

Application Deadline: 31st March 2019 (announcement in May 2019).

2018 has been a great year for the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces. We hosted our 6th Global Healthy Workplace Awards & Summit and 3rd Global Alliance Roundtable in Bergamo, Italy, and we also welcomed seven new certified companies as part of our global healthy workplace certification.

We are ending the year with the exciting news that Melbourne, Australia will be hosting the 7th Global Healthy Workplace Awards and Summit on 30th October – 1st November 2019 in partnership with Monash University.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has followed our work this year with a special thanks to our partners, sponsors, judges and advisory board for helping to make 2018 a successful year.

The 7th Global Healthy Workplace Awards and Summit will be hosted in partnership with Monash University in the culturally vibrant city of Melbourne on 31st October – 1st November 2019. Melbourne is Australia’s second-largest city and a gateway to the rest of Australia and Oceania. The 7th Global Summit will bring together leaders in global health and wellbeing who seek to create a healthier and more productive working experience for all employers and employees.

Tickets will become available to purchase in January 2019.

The 7th Global Summit will be preceded by the 4th Roundtable of the Global Alliance for Healthy Workplaces (invitation only) and a joint half-day International Association for Worksite Health Promotion/Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (IAWHP-GCHW) Conference on “How to Create a Healthy Workplace”. Both taking place on 30th October 2019.

Awards Entries will open in January 2019.
