Naya Jeevan were runners-up to Lan Spar Bank, who claimed first prize in the use of innovative healthy workplace programmes in the SME Employer category.
Naya Jeevan’s innovative program allows female employees to telecommute so they can remain in the workforce as they take care of their families.
