Founded in 1926, Koç Holding has played a pioneering role in Turkey’s industrialization and globalization journey for nearly a century. Today, it is Turkey’s largest conglomerate, leading in energy, automotive, consumer durables, and finance, while also operating across distribution, retail, tourism, marine operations, IT, and shipbuilding. Since 2018, the Online Polyclinic Service has provided access to 167 doctors and specialists across 38 medical fields. Also preventive health is promoted through health webinars, awareness programs, and group therapies.
Financial wellbeing is supported through the Koç Holding Pension and Support Foundation, which offers interest-free financial assistance during marriage, home or car purchases, natural disasters, and other critical life events.
The KoçAilem Privilege Platform, Turkey’s first and largest corporate privileges program, extends wellbeing to employees’ families and retirees providing discounts, cultural and social benefits, and financial support through over 400 brand partnerships. Initiatives include the KoçAilem Market (a non-profit online supermarket), a second-hand sales platform built on peer-to-peer trust, and a peer-to-peer blood donation system that quickly mobilizes colleagues in urgent cases.
To strengthen social and emotional wellbeing, Koç Group Sports Club (KTSK) organizes sports tournaments and community events. Employees and their families also enjoy access to unique cultural and recreational space, such as the historic Abdülmecid Efendi Grove in Istanbul, designed as inclusive gathering places for relaxation, sports, and cultural activities.
