EVOCA S.P.A. is the holding company of the EVOCA Group, a world-leading manufacturer of professional coffee machines and a major international player in both the Ho.Re.Ca. and OCS sectors. The group markets its products through several brands, each with its individual identity and which are at the same time highly synergistic to its mission. Headquartered in Italy (Valbrembo – Bergamo), the EVOCA GROUP has a global presence with nine production sites, six R&D centers, over 600 registered patents, 10,000 customers and 2,000 employees.
Evoca S.p.A. joined the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Network Bergamo program in 2017 involving its four premises in the province of Bergamo.
Even if recently subscribed, the WHP program matches the attention of the company to themes such as safety, health and well-being, work-life balance and environmental care, all rooted in its DNA well before launching such project. In the first years of participation in the program, many good practices have been implemented within the Bergamo sites in order to promote healthy life styles. In the future such actions will be maintained and will be sided with other new proposals. The WHP program and many other initiatives tailored to the needs of the employees, belong to the “People Care” project, fostered by the company to continually promote the organizational well-being at 360°. The WHP good practices that have been implemented so far led the company to receive also local accreditations as Health Promoting Workplace in 2017 and 2018, assigned in the name of the European Network ENWHP.
