BBVA, Argentina – Certified Employer
BBVA, Argentina – Certified Employer 2026 – 2028
BBVA Argentina’s Healthy Workplace Program takes an integrated, preventive approach to employee health and wellbeing, combining occupational health and safety, physical and emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, work-life balance, inclusion, employee listening and professional development. Its distinctive strength is that wellbeing is embedded in the employee experience rather than treated as a stand-alone health initiative: measures range from occupational risk assessments and an ISO 45001-aligned safety management system to emotional-health and mindfulness workshops, preventive screenings and vaccination, Wellhub, sports activities, healthy food, hybrid work and family-support measures. Employee feedback is also incorporated through the Voice of Employee program, where wellbeing, development and leadership are key drivers of satisfaction; in 2025, annual satisfaction reached 92%. Health and wellbeing goals are:
- to protect employees from occupational risks and prevent injury and illness;
- promote physical, emotional and social wellbeing;
- encourage healthy behaviors and preventive healthcare;
- foster a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace culture;
- improve work-life balance;
- strengthen engagement and professional development; and
- continuously improve the employee experience using health, safety and employee-feedback data.
Together, these elements support BBVA’s broader human-capital priorities of workplace climate, talent development, diversity, work-life integration, and employee health, safety and wellbeing.
