Global Healthy Workplace Online Certification Course

In partnership with University of Arizona Eller Executive Education, the Global Certificate Course provides a comprehensive overview of systematic programming to create a healthy workplace and equip you with knowledge, resources, tools, and methods through a series of interactive and applied learning experiences.

This intensive distance-learning, online certificate program will expand participants understanding of health and well-being and equip them with successful models and practices for creating a healthy workplace (based on the World Health Organization Healthy Workplace Framework). The series of lectures, readings and videos cover the essential areas of identifying enterprise readiness, comprehensive and integrated program approaches, strategies for implementation, measurement with benchmarking, and the steps necessary to ensure sustainability. The course requires interaction with peers as part of an active learning community. The program concludes with each participant having the opportunity to develop a customized program implementation plan, which can be applied to their own place of work.

This certification course will ensure participants have the necessary knowledge to excel in the area of health and well-being and provide them with the tools to bring their workplace to a level of excellence. You will also become part of a global community of peers with a passion to successfully create healthy workplaces and healthy and productive employees.
